NSFW Content Is Allowed When It Is Lawful and Properly Marked

• Fictional adult roleplay, mature themes, explicit language, sexual scenarios, and suggestive adult character images may be allowed for adult users.
• Adult bots should be marked NSFW or 18+ and tagged clearly so users can filter or avoid them.
• Users can hide NSFW content in Settings if they do not want adult characters in Discovery or browsing surfaces.
• Users can keep NSFW images blurred in Settings. Blur is on by default and can be changed by the user.

Never Sexualize Minors

• No sexual content involving minors, minor-looking characters, schoolchildren framed sexually, childlike bodies, childlike behavior in sexual contexts, or "actually 18" loopholes for characters presented as underage.
• No grooming, age manipulation, underage dating, underage erotic roleplay, or content encouraging minors to participate in sexual conversations.
• No attempts to upload, generate, request, trade, describe, or link child sexual abuse material. This may lead to immediate removal and reporting where appropriate.

Consent and Real People

• No non-consensual sexual content involving real people, private individuals, classmates, coworkers, exes, creators, or public figures.
• No intimate-image abuse, sexual blackmail, revenge content, stalking, doxxing, or sexual humiliation of real people.
• No impersonation that tricks users into believing a bot is a real person, official company, celebrity, support agent, or creator account.

Violence, Self-Harm, and Dangerous Conduct

• No credible threats, calls for real-world violence, terrorism support, weapons instructions, or attempts to coordinate harm.
• No encouragement of suicide, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, substance abuse, or medical neglect.
• Fictional dark themes may be moderated when they become realistic instructions, targeted abuse, or encouragement of real harm.

Harassment and Hate

• Do not use ChaytAI to bully, shame, threaten, stalk, sexually harass, or repeatedly target other users or creators.
• Do not publish bots or reviews designed mainly to humiliate a real person or organize harassment.
• Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, or violence against protected groups.

Bot Creation Rules

• Use clear names, descriptions, tags, and NSFW labels so users know what kind of content they are opening.
• Do not steal another creator's bot text, images, branding, or paid content without permission.
• Do not publish bots that mainly exist to scam users, manipulate credits, collect private data, imitate staff, or redirect users to unsafe sites.
• Do not put passwords, API keys, payment details, private addresses, or private account information inside bot descriptions, memory, rules, or first messages.

Images and Generated Media

• Do not upload or generate illegal sexual images, sexual minors, non-consensual sexual images of real people, or images meant to harass or blackmail someone.
• Mark adult character images as NSFW when they are nude, sexual, fetish-focused, pornographic, or clearly designed for adult use.
• ChaytAI may blur, flag, remove, hide, or restrict images when moderation tools or manual review suggest they are explicit or unsafe.

Credits, Rewards, and Payments

• Do not exploit bugs, duplicate claims, fake installs, fake referrals, chargebacks, payment disputes, scripts, or multiple accounts to farm credits.
• Do not sell credits, sell accounts, automate fake engagement, manipulate ratings, or mislead users into entering codes.
• Credit abuse may lead to revoked credits, purchase review, feature limits, or account suspension.

Security and Platform Abuse

• Do not scrape at scale, overload the service, probe private APIs, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer protected systems, or attack the website.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, NSFW controls, age controls, login systems, payment systems, credit systems, or app-store restrictions.
• Report serious bugs privately instead of exploiting them or teaching others to exploit them.

User Comfort Controls

If you do not want adult content, turn on Hide NSFW content in Settings. If you do not want explicit images shown directly, keep Blur NSFW Images on. If a bot makes you uncomfortable, leave the chat, avoid the bot, edit your filters, or report the issue. These controls are there because adults can still have different comfort levels.

Moderation

ChaytAI is moderated by a solo developer with help from automated checks where possible. Moderation may not be instant or perfect. ChaytAI may mark content NSFW, blur images, hide bots from Discovery, make bots private, remove content, revoke credits, limit features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, preserve records for review, or report illegal content when appropriate. Serious violations can be enforced without warning.

Appeals and Reports

For reports, appeals, or safety concerns, contact projectchayt@gmail.com. Include the bot name, link, account username, screenshot if safe to share, and a short explanation. Do not send illegal content, passwords, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive personal information by email.
